 Join us for one, or all six of this series of classes to learn Tai Chi Qigong with instructor Elizabeth Lavicka. Tai Chi Qigong uses movements from both Tai Chi and Qigong that are taught in the style of Qigong so that the movements are done repetitively which leads to relaxation. The class is a moving meditation that helps you discover the profound healing abilities of your own body and mind. Experience benefits like: calm your mind with simple flowing movement coordinated with your breath; cultivate health, vitality, and longevity; overcome imbalances using the energy found in your own body, balance your emotions and amplify your own chi. It is easy to do, yet produces many benefits. It can be done seated or standing so it is accessible to anyone.
