Event Type: Adults
Date: 3/9/2017
Start Time: 9:30 AM
End Time: 11:30 AM
Description:
Attendees will learn the 10 most important things you need to know about finding grants including: who funds nonprofits and what are their motivations; what do funders really want to know about the organizations they are interested in funding; and how to identify potential funders and make the first approach.

In this hands-on workshop, grantseekers will learn how to research and connect with potential funders through the Foundation Directory Online Professional (FDOP) database, available at the Chester County Library in Exton. This course is designed for members of the 501c3 community who are new to fundraising or who would like more experience using FDOP.
