CCL Teen Poetry Slam

 READ IT. SING IT. ACT IT. SPEAK IT. POETRY.

A Poetry Slam is a performance poetry contest.
It's an opportunity for people to share their original poetry with an audience.
Poets are welcome to perform individually or with a partner.
The prize is a $25.00 gift card to Barnes & Noble.

RULES:
- Each poem must be the poet's own creation.
- There will be two rounds. In each round, poets have 2 minutes to perform. Have two different poems prepared.
- The poet may NOT use props, costumes or music.
- No profanity. Keep it clean!
- If you are performing with a partner, only ONE of you needs to register. Please type your partner's name in the Notes section of the registration form.

This FREE event is for students in Grades 6-12.
