Event Type: Adults
Date: 3/17/2017
Start Time: 12:00 PM
End Time: 1:00 PM
Chester County Library has over 30 databases for you to use. They are full of articles, visuals, tutorials, magazines, newspapers, books, and more. Once you try using them, you'll definitely be hooked. All you need to know are a few simple search techniques and you will be amazed at what you can find. Check out where the closest restaurants are, read the New York Times online, find reviews in Consumer Reports, research your family genealogy, learn a language, and brush-up on your computer skills. You can do all these things on our databases. Bring your own laptop or just follow along as we discover the databases this afternoon.
NOTE: Please make sure your laptops are fully charged for this class. This program supports the PA Forward Information Literacy Initiative.
