 In this class you will learn to incorporate exercise into your life with no gym membership, no expensive equipment and not a lot of time. You will learn simple exercises you can begin immediately to help improve your fitness level at any age and wherever you already are. Don't let the name scare you! Jen Maggiore, certified nutrition coach and personal trainer, will be leading about 30 minutes of exercises working on learning proper technique using just our body weight. You will learn tips and tricks for fitting in exercise, how much and what types of exercise are right for you and how to get started! Come in comfy clothes and ready to work! Start burning more calories every day. This program supports the PA Forward Health Literacy Initiative.
