 Ancient meditation practices blend seamlessly with modern research without any need to change one’s spiritual beliefs. They are tools we can utilize for personal and global peace of mind and body. During our 45 to 60 minutes together we will look at some of these practices and, depending on the time we have, perhaps practice one. We will also explore nine key factors that have been found in research to facilitate wellness and healing. Questions are encouraged. This program is not a form of diagnosis or treatment or a replacement for it.
