Virtual: Chair Yoga

 Join Yoga instructor Heather from Three Crows and a Raven Yoga for a Chair Yoga session. Chair yoga is an all inclusive yoga practice, using a chair as the main prop. The chair will be used to sit on, or as a tool to assist with balance. Typical postures that are taught in a vinyasa class are modified in this type of yoga with the use of a chair. This type of yoga is ideal for someone who has difficult time with balance or moving from ground to standing positions. Props for this class include: a sturdy chair, yoga blocks (or books), pillows and a blanket.
Registration is required. Registration will be closed and locked 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the event. A Zoom link will be emailed to registrants 2 hours before the program starts. Make sure to check the email address you registered with to receive the link. You do not need a Zoom account to attend the virtual program.
