 All Welcome! Please join this NEW Reading and Reflecting Book Club!

This group will provide a safe space to practice mindfulness, to discuss the book of the month, engage in group discussions about what the book might mean for our lives, and allow time for reflection. It’s fun and restorative to share our thoughts in a safe, non-judgmental space, to allow for everyone’s voice to be heard.
