 Do you have a family history of diabetes? Were you told by your physician that you may be pre-diabetic or that you need to lose some weight? Have you found it challenging to eat healthy and stay active while trying to manage your job, kids and life in general? You are not alone!

1 in 3 Americans is prediabetic and 90% do not even know it. Pre-diabetes is a serious health condition which increases your risk for Type 2 diabetes, heart disease and stroke.
Led by a certified health coach, to lose weight, eat healthy, and prevent/delay onset of Type 2 diabetes.
