 This 3-week series is designed to make meditation both deep and accessible. Each class builds on the last. Whether you are a beginner or have meditated before, this series will deepen your understanding and experience of meditation. Get support in starting your own home meditation practice, as well as the opportunity to ask and get your questions answered. Learn how to incorporate meditation into your life and discover the many wonders that meditation has to offer. Registration for the three classes is required.
