Description:
 This class is geared for adults who would like to improve their fitness level and overall health . This weekly class will cover the basics: some cardio exercises, strength, flexibility and balance. The library will provide light hand weights and instructor Kathy DeGiorgio, will guide you through class. All levels are welcome! Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers, and bring a towel or exercise mat. $5 class fee
