 State Representative Kristine Howard, Southeastern Transportation Association (SEPTA), Transportation Management of Chester County (TMACC) and the Chester County Library in Exton, is hosting a program for all Pennsylvania residents, aged 65 and older with a valid, state-issued identification to register for the new, free SEPTA Key Senior ID Card. The card will guarantee that those who participate in SEPTA's Seniors Ride Free Program will continue to ride free of charge when SEPTA transitions to its new, technologically modern fare payment and collection program.
