Meditation for Beginners

 Free meditation class offered by the Isha Foundation. This workshop is designed to introduce participants to meditation. Upon completion participants will have a 12 minute meditation for daily practice. No prior experience is needed and the meditation is learned sitting comfortably in a chair. The Isha Foundation is an international nonprofit organization dedicated to human well-being, founded by Sadhguru—yogi, visionary and one of the foremost authorities on yoga. For over 30 years, Isha Foundation has been a leader in offering simple and scientifically structured solutions to empower people to live as conscious, dynamic and healthy human beings. The Foundation is headquartered at the Isha Yoga Center in southern India and at the Isha Institute of Inner-sciences in the United States.
