 Chair-based Pilates and Yoga blend perfectly to promote strength, ease of movement and improved mood. This is a mixed-level class with body-mind-spirit benefits for all. Bring light weights to amplify strengthening, if you'd like. Classes taught by Christina Jackson, RN, PhD, APHN-BC.
$5 fee per individual class, or if you sign up for the full six-week block (4/4/19 to 5/9/19), $25 for six classes.
