 Mindfulness meditation has been scientifically proven to improve brain health, reduce stress and anxiety, and to enhance the quality of a good night’s sleep . Sleep is a major factor in maintaining the overall health of every system of the body and mind. You will learn breath awareness, body awareness, and present moment meditations while seated comfortably in a chair. This class also includes gentle chair yoga stretches, breathing techniques, Qigong, mantra, and acupressure points for better sleep.
