 Spring into the season with this free plant-based cooking class with Shelly Hughes. Shelly presented a plant-based cooking workshop at WCPL a couple of years ago that was well-received and popular.

Shelly Hughes is known for making simple and delicious plant based food. Shelly has experienced the difference a healthy plant-based diet can make in her own life. Her philosophy is food should taste good, be simple to make, and be healthy. That simple! Shelly is a Certified Vegan Lifestyle Coach and Educator and a Holistic Health Coach at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She is Certified in Plant Based Nutrition from Dr. T. Colin Campbell of Cornell University, and studied at Rouxbe Culinary School for her Professional Plant-Based Cooking Certification.
