 Qigong (pronounced chee - kung) is an ancient form of gentle, meditative movement that coordinates the body, breath and mind to improve health and wellbeing. In this class, Gina Loree Marks integrates this practice with Restorative ExerciseŽ (a biomechanical approach to movement based on alignment points) to help with posture, balance and getting the most out of this or any movement practice.
