 Pilates improves posture, flexibility, strength, and balance. Any age or level can participate because it is taught with modifications that suit your specific ability. The exercises are for individuals who want to participate in an exercise program as well as for individuals who want to rehabilitate injuries, new moms who need to regain their core strength or seniors who need to build and maintain balance and flexibility, which decreases as one age. The majority of the exercises are performed on the floor, so a mat or towel and you is all that is needed!
