 Historian and speaker, Roger Arthur returns to the Chester County Library to highlight the exciting times in store from a historic standpoint in 2018 and 2019. November 11, 1918 saw the end of the Great War (World War I). From January through June 1919 the Paris Peace Conference crafted the Versailles Treaty. "The Eight Months that Shaped Our World" focuses on what the goals of the conference were, what was actually achieved, and how it changed the world in which we live. This program supports the PA Forward Civic and Social Literacy Initiative.
