Short Biography:
Colonel (Retired) Ranger Roach was born and raised in Delaware Country, and spent 29 years on active army duty, retiring from the Army in 1995.
James Stevens Roach joined the Army in 1966 as a college drop out, and retired 29 years later as a Special Forces Colonel, with a Masters Degree and ten years overseas service in Viet Nam, Germany, Panama, El Salvador, Korea and Colombia.
