Positive Change: Identifying Habit Patterns

We develop habits for a reason. They can protect us, they can make us feel good, they can help us fit in. Whether we label them as "good" habits or "bad" habits, when they no longer serve us, it can be difficult to break them. Mindfulness and Meditation can be helpful in "training the brain" to adopt new habits. Attend one session or all four: September 18, October 9, November 20 and December 11.
